Overview of vortex flowmeter
The vortex gas mass flowmeter is an instrument used to measure gas flow, mainly based on the principle of vortex generation. Its working principle is as follows:
Basic principle: When a fluid (gas) flows through a specific pipe, vortices will be generated in the pipe due to changes in flow velocity. The frequency of these vortices is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid.
Measurement method: The vortex gas flowmeter usually uses a small vortex generator (such as a small obstacle) to induce vortices. When the gas flows through this obstacle, vortices will be generated downstream. The sensor inside the flowmeter monitors the frequency of these vortices.
