Principle
The principle of blowing liquid level measurement is: insert a blowing pipe into an open container, and the air or inert gas (such as nitrogen) as the gas source is filtered through a filter. The adjustable pressure reducer (its function is to reduce the air supply pressure Reduce the pressure to a certain constant value (the size of the constant pressure is determined according to the measured liquid level) to ensure constant pressure at the blowing inlet. The clean air is then blown into the liquid to be measured through the float flowmeter, constant flow valve and air blowing pipeline. The air blowing flow is indicated by the float flowmeter, and the flow rate is set by the flow regulating valve on the float flowmeter. The constant flow of gas It escapes from the lower port of the blow tube inserted into the liquid, bubbles and is discharged through the liquid into the atmosphere. When there are trace bubbles (approximately 25~160L/H) discharged from the lower end of the blow pipe (due to the trace amount of bubbles and low gas flow rate, the loss of air along the way in the blow pipe can be ignored, so that the air pressure in the blow pipe is almost the same as the liquid level Static pressure is equal), so the pressure value indicated by the differential pressure transmitter reflects the liquid level.

Debugging steps of air-blowing liquid level gauge
(1) After the on-site installation of the air blowing device, differential pressure (pressure) transmitter and air blowing pipe is completed, the air tightness of the entire air blowing system should be ensured. Leakage in the air blowing system will bring large errors to the measurement results.
(2) The user first turns on the power supply of the differential pressure (pressure) transmitter and observes whether the indication value of the differential pressure (pressure) transmitter is zero. If it is not zero, adjust the zero point of the differential pressure (pressure) transmitter.
(3) Open the air source inlet and outlet stop valves on the panel of the air blowing device. With the end of the air blowing pipe open to the atmosphere, adjust the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 0.2-0.4 MPa and the air blowing flow rate to 30 L/H. Observe the difference. Check whether the indication value of the pressure (pressure) transmitter is zero.
(4) Insert the blow pipe into the medium to be measured. When bubbles are blown out continuously and stably from the end of the blow pipe, observe whether the corresponding relationship between the indication value of the differential pressure (pressure) transmitter and the liquid level is consistent and whether the output is stable. Check whether the gas volume is appropriate, and if the corresponding relationship between the differential pressure (pressure) transmitter indication and the liquid level change is normal, it can be put into operation.
